ABOUT US:

With over 100 locations, Riser Fitness is one of the nation's largest multi-unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system as well as one of the longest operating franchisees in the country.


POSITION:
As a Membership Presale Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch of our new Pilates studios. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential members, provide them with information about our offerings, and close membership sales ahead of our studio openings. You will be a key contributor to building a strong member base and ensuring the success of our new studios.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
  • Attend special events and trainings as needed Part time

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospecting: Identify potential prospects through various channels, including leads provided by the company, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with potential members via phone calls, texts, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our studio and membership offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Pilates studio's offerings, pricing, and benefits to effectively communicate these to prospects.
  • Consultation: Conduct consultations with potential members to assess their fitness goals, needs, and preferences and tailor membership options accordingly.
  • Closing Sales: Use persuasive selling techniques to close membership sales, ensuring that customers understand the value and benefits of joining our studio.
  • Follow-up: Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential members to nurture relationships, answer questions, and overcome objections.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on your sales activities, including prospecting efforts, and memberships closed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential members, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the studio management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless presale process.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the company.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and Pilates.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
