Roles & Responsibilities

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission and in good standing in at least one applicable jurisdiction
3-5 years of employment law experience, preferably with in-house or corporate counsel exposure
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with People Operations and business leaders

Requirements:

Provide strategic employment law guidance on policy development, compliance, investigations, and employee relations
Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and HR policies
Partner with the Chief Legal Officer, People Operations, and business teams to ensure legal risk is managed while maintaining the company's mission
Advise on workforce matters to support a compliant and consistent employee experience
