Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: TikTok Content Creator 

Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal)

Location: Remote, Nigeria-based

Compensation: ₦75,000/month + post-contract upgrade pathway

Reports to: Head of Operations

About the role

You will own Career Bridge Foundation's presence on TikTok end-to-end. This is a creator role, not a manager role. You will be on camera or directing on-camera talent, scripting hooks, editing short-form video, riding trends, and building a TikTok audience around career development, capability building, and the Career Bridge worldview.

TikTok is our priority platform for reaching career switchers, students, and early-career talent globally. This role is for someone who lives on TikTok, understands its native rhythms, and has the creator instincts to make Career Bridge content that doesn't feel like brand content.

What you'll do

  • Produce 3–5 TikTok videos per week, end-to-end (script, shoot, edit, post, caption)
  • Develop content series and recurring formats that build audience expectation
  • Ride trends thoughtfully — adapt them to Career Bridge's voice without diluting the brand
  • Engage with the audience: respond to comments, duet/stitch where relevant, identify creator collaborations
  • Track and report weekly on views, completion rate, follower growth, and engagement
  • Coordinate with the LinkedIn and Meta Content Specialists on cross-platform repurposing

Requirements


  • 1+ years of TikTok content creation experience (personal account, brand account, or client work)
  • A TikTok presence we can review with demonstrated content quality
  • Strong on-camera presence OR strong content direction skills (if you direct rather than appear)
  • Comfortable with editing tools — CapCut, InShot, or similar
  • Native fluency with TikTok culture: trends, sounds, formats, pacing
  • Self-directed and prolific — TikTok rewards volume and consistency
  • Genuine interest in education, careers, or creator economy topics
