Requirements:

  • Create and publish content across Instagram (carousels, single-image posts, Reels) and daily Stories (4+ posts per week on Instagram)
  • Maintain an active Threads presence with conversational, opinion-led posts and engage with the audience (comments, DMs, mentions)
  • Maintain Facebook content tuned to its audience (often longer-form, less aspirational) and develop a visual content system (templates, design guidelines, tone of voice)
  • Coordinate with cross-platform teammates (TikTok Specialist for Reels and LinkedIn Specialist for content repurposing) and track weekly engagement metrics on reach, saves, shares, and follower growth

Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: Meta Content Creator 

Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal)

Location: Remote, Nigeria-based

Compensation: ₦75,000/month + post-contract upgrade pathway

Reports to: Head of Operations

About the role

You will own Career Bridge Foundation's presence across Meta platforms — Instagram, Threads, and Facebook. Each has a distinct format and audience, and you will tune content for each. Instagram is our visual storytelling platform; Threads is our conversational testing ground; Facebook reaches an audience the other platforms don't, particularly across African markets.

This is a visual storyteller role. You will design carousels, write captions, coordinate Reels with the TikTok Content Specialist for cross-posting, and build a Meta presence that complements (rather than duplicates) what we do elsewhere.

What you'll do

  • Produce 4+ Instagram posts per week (carousels, single-image posts, Reels) plus daily Stories
  • Maintain an active Threads presence with conversational, opinion-led posts
  • Maintain Facebook with content tuned to that audience (often longer-form, less aspirational)
  • Develop a visual content system: templates, design guidelines, tone of voice across each Meta platform
  • Engage with the audience across all three platforms — comments, DMs, mentions
  • Track and report weekly on engagement, follower growth, saves, and shares
  • Coordinate with the TikTok Specialist on Reels (cross-posting strategy) and the LinkedIn Specialist on content repurposing
