Customer Experience Agent

Ubicación: Santiago de Chile

En Maersk continuamos fortaleciendo nuestro equipo de Customer Experience y actualmente buscamos un/a Customer Experience Multicarrier Agent para integrarse a nuestras operaciones en Chile.

Esta posición tendrá un rol clave dentro de Lead Logistics, asegurando una coordinación eficiente de las órdenes de compra y el flujo operativo end-to-end, garantizando el cumplimiento de KPIs, SOPs y SLAs acordados con nuestros clientes.

Buscamos profesionales con:


• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en manejo de órdenes de compra y flujo de órdenes de compra (PO Management / Order Management).
• Experiencia en roles relacionados con SCM, Supply Chain, logística internacional, freight forwarding o customer service.
• Conocimiento y manejo de SOPs y SLAs enfocados en acuerdos de servicio con clientes.
• Inglés intermedio.
• Perfil analítico, orientado al detalle y con alta capacidad de organización y seguimiento.
• Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders en entornos dinámicos y multiculturales.

Principales responsabilidades:
• Revisión y monitoreo de órdenes de compra dentro de la operación.
• Ingreso y actualización de órdenes en sistema, asegurando precisión y visibilidad operativa.
• Seguimiento constante a órdenes abiertas y trazabilidad end-to-end de los embarques.
• Coordinación y comunicación continua con oficinas de origen, proveedores, shippers y clientes internos.
• Gestión y transmisión de información operativa de acuerdo con SOPs y SLAs establecidos.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de tiempos operativos, calidad de datos y excelencia en servicio al cliente.
