Requirements:

  • Scale and manage an affiliate network by identifying, onboarding, negotiating commissions, and maintaining creator relationships via TikTok Affiliate Center and Creator Marketplace
  • Develop and execute creator-led campaigns (including product seeding, flash sales, and TikTok Lives) to drive GMV and track ROI while aligning with high-converting trends
  • Optimize TikTok Shop operations including product listings in Seller Center, performance monitoring (reviews, shipping metrics, policy compliance), and weekly performance reporting
  • Analyze affiliate and campaign metrics to deliver data-driven optimization plans for GMV, conversion rates, and ROI

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency specializing in connecting top talent with remote opportunities at innovative companies worldwide.

We are currently seeking a proactive and strategic TikTok Shop Growth & Affiliate Manager for a US-based client to lead and scale their TikTok Shop presence and affiliate marketing program.

This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok’s platform dynamics, e-commerce shop management, and affiliate marketing strategies. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through increased TikTok Shop transactions and by building an engaged network of affiliates that promote the brand authentically.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate & Creator Scaling (70%)

  • Identify, outreach, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale through TikTok Affiliate Center and TikTok Creator Marketplace
  • Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network from scratch
  • Negotiate commission structures and manage ongoing creator relationships
  • Develop and distribute creative briefs aligned with high-converting TikTok trends
  • Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from creator partnerships
  • Launch and manage flash sales, TikTok Lives, and creator-led campaigns to drive GMV

TikTok Shop Operations (30%)

  • Optimize product listings within TikTok Seller Center (titles, visuals, pricing, offers)
  • Monitor shop performance including reviews, shipping metrics, and policy compliance
  • Track and analyze affiliate GMV, creator conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans

Requirements

    • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop for eCommerce brands
    • Track record of scaling affiliate/creator programs
    • Strong sales and outreach mentality with experience in high-volume DMs/emails
    • Hands-on experience with:
    • TikTok Affiliate Center
    • TikTok Creator Marketplace
    • TikTok Seller Center
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
    • Data-driven approach with ability to track GMV, conversion rates, and ROI
    • Deep understanding of TikTok trends and viral content
