How will you contribute to our success?:

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to supplier inquiries
• Interact and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure payments are made on time
• Prepare and process payment runs (cheques, ACH, EFT, wire transfers)
• Applies payment numbers to processed invoices
• Provides back-up of payments to suppliers and follows up on any inquiries regarding payments

The skills you will bring to our team:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and invoice processing
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Excellent Excel and database skills
• Team player with very good interpersonal skills
• Bilingual Preferred (French and English)
• Ethical and accountable
• Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
