  • Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards using GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio; regularly evaluate performance and adjust strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid and organic marketing efforts (SEO/AEO), mentor a junior team member, and support social media execution and client collaboration

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid media campaign execution while leading integrated marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. This role is responsible for campaign optimization, data analysis, client collaboration, team mentorship, and supporting broader social media and SEO initiatives to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Execution

  • Own paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

  • Lead account setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and account hierarchy management

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive conversions and achieve KPIs

Data-Driven Strategy & Recommendations

  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Analyze trends to explain campaign performance and recommend next steps based on data findings

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop and maintain client-facing reporting dashboards using tools such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker Studio

  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights

SEO & AEO Integration

  • Apply SEO and AEO awareness to integrated campaigns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid and organic marketing efforts

Team Mentorship & Client Collaboration

  • Mentor a junior team member by providing guidance, quality control, and support on campaign execution

  • Collaborate directly with clients to align on goals, refine strategies, and ensure deliverables are completed successfully

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, planning meetings, and new business pitches

Social Media Support & Execution

  • Support the execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms

  • Craft social media copy and content optimized for platform engagement and audience performance

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital or integrated marketing with a strong focus on paid media

  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads

  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms

Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools such as SEMrush

  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Copywriting skills for social media and paid channels are a plus, with an understanding of audience-specific messaging
