The Role
Own end-to-end agency operations across SEO, Content, Web, Paid, Email, Social, and Design. Lead 8 functional heads, 70 team members to ensure KPI performance, client ROI, and elite execution. Full accountability for delivery quality, team performance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead 8 leaders and a team of 70

What You Bring

  • 8+ years experience (4+ in marketing/project mgmt)

  • 4+ years managing 10+ (scaled 50–100 teams)

  • Strong across digital channels (SEO, paid, web, etc.)

  • Proven in $15M-$50M+ environments

  • Systems + KPI-driven operator

  • Strong leader, highly organized, data-driven

  • Agency experience + EOS familiarity (asset)
