  • Interest in talent acquisition and building a strong hiring pipeline in a growth-focused environment.
  • Experience with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases; comfortable using Boolean search and AI tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Recruitee) and coordinating interview processes, including HR screening and collaboration with technical evaluators.

Requirements:

  • Document and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices to ensure process readiness.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases; maintain a warm pool for recurring roles and leverage Boolean search and AI tools.
  • Screen candidates via initial HR interviews and coordinate with technical reviewers for skill assessments, collecting structured feedback.
  • Manage ATS data and track core hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source performance); provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and HR, including candidate feedback.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, take ownership, and make an impact by helping us attract and hire top IT professionals. Your energy, curiosity, and drive will be key to building a strong hiring pipeline and supporting our company’s growth.

  👉 Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation & Process Readiness

  • Create and maintain job descriptions, pre-screen forms, hiring scorecards, and competency matrices.

2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

  • Maintain a warm pool of talent for recurring roles (Sales/Marketing preferably).

  • Use boolean search logic and AI tools to surface relevant profiles quickly and efficiently.

3. Candidate Screening & Evaluation (Secondary)

  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess soft skills, communication, and culture fit.

  • Coordinate with technical reviewers for skill assessments and gather structured feedback.

4. Stakeholder Communication (Limited Scope)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and PMs to understand detailed requirements.

  • Share regular pipeline updates and candidate feedback summaries.

5. Candidate Experience & Feedback

  • Ensure timely and professional candidate communication across all stages.

  • Deliver structured feedback and maintain a high candidate experience standard.

6. Offer Support & Onboarding Coordination

  • Assist with offer prep and negotiations under HR/Legal supervision.

  • Ensure all contracts and documents are submitted before the start date.

7. Database & ATS Management

  • Maintain candidate records in Recruitee and internal tracking sheets.

8. Reporting & KPIs

  • Track and report on core hiring metrics: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source performance.

  • Present metrics during weekly HR syncs or ad-hoc requests.
