  • Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace; profiles from other Dynamics modules without Customer Service Workspace experience will not be considered.

Requirements:

  • Develop, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace solutions.
  • Apply deep knowledge of the Customer Service Workspace module to implement functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and deploy solutions.
  • Provide remote delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation for Customer Service Workspace deployments.
