About the Job:

We’re looking for a reliable and confident Appointment Setter to help book qualified discovery calls for our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reaching out via calls to interested contacts

• Starting conversations with potential clients

• Qualifying leads based on the criteria provided

• Booking appointments for the sales team

• Following up with leads consistently

• Updating CRM and keeping records organized

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or similar outreach role

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Comfortable with outbound messaging and follow-ups

• Organized and responsive

• Experience using GHL and outreach tools is a plus

• Experience working within the recruitment niche is a plus
