Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably with ERP, dashboards, or financial products.
  • Strong skills in user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Experience building and maintaining a design system to ensure UI consistency across products.
  • Excellent collaboration with developers and product teams, with the ability to translate business needs into intuitive solutions.

Requirements:

  • Understand business problems and translate them into user-centered product solutions.
  • Create clear, efficient, and scalable user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Build consistent, intuitive UI aligned with the design system and evolve it over time.
  • Validate solutions with users where possible and ensure smooth handoff with developers, driving data‑driven improvements.

Job description

A Sioux, em parceria com o Grupo Ninja, está em busca de um(a) Designer de Produto Sênior para atuar em projetos para sistemas como ERP, dashboards e produtos financeiros.

Você vai atuar na construção e evolução de soluções digitais, com foco em experiência do usuário, eficiência de fluxos e impacto no negócio.

Será responsável por traduzir necessidades de negócio em experiências intuitivas, colaborando de forma próxima com times de tecnologia e produto.

Responsabilidades:

  • Entender problemas de negócio e traduzi-los em soluções de produto centradas no usuário;
  • Criar fluxos de usuário (user flows) claros, eficientes e escaláveis;
  • Desenvolver wireframes, protótipos e interfaces de alta fidelidade;
  • Construir interfaces (UI) consistentes, intuitivas e alinhadas ao design system;
  • Validar soluções com usuários (quando possível), garantindo aderência e usabilidade;
  • Atuar em parceria com desenvolvedores, garantindo handoff claro e eficiente;
  • Evoluir e manter o design system do produto;
  • Promover melhorias contínuas com base em dados, feedbacks e métricas de uso.
