About the role

As a Designer on Kisi’s Marketing team, you will help shape how our brand and messaging come to life across campaigns, content, and customer-facing touchpoints. You will design visual assets that support launches, demand generation, and brand storytelling across digital channels.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales to turn positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives into clear, compelling visuals. Your work will span website updates, campaign creative, sales materials, and social content, with a strong focus on clarity, consistency, and performance.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys hands-on execution, shipping work quickly, and iterating based on feedback and results. You will work within established brand and design systems and use modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to move efficiently while maintaining a high bar for quality.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain marketing assets across our website, email campaigns, social media, events, and paid channels, including campaign visuals, landing pages, illustrations, diagrams, and sales enablement materials
  • Apply and extend our existing brand and design system across all marketing touchpoints to ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance
  • Partner with product to visually communicate features, launches, and value propositions across campaigns and content
  • Support short-form video or motion content for campaigns and social channels when needed
  • Use AI-powered tools to support rapid ideation, variation, and production, applying strong design judgment and editorial control
  • Ship work quickly and iterate based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving marketing needs

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in digital, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio that shows strong campaign, brand, or content-focused work
  • Proficiency with Figma and or Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort working within established design systems and brand guidelines
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and modern digital best practices
  • Strong attention to detail, visual judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced environments with an emphasis on execution, iteration, and continuous improvement
  • Experience supporting short-form video or motion content for marketing or social channels is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and openness to incorporating them into daily workflows is beneficial
