Roles & Responsibilities

Extensive experience leading SAP TM implementations and support in global, high-volume logistics environments
Proven expertise integrating SAP TM with S/4HANA, CPI, APIs, EDI/IDocs, and SAP SD (O2C) processes
Hands-on configuration of TM components (Freight Units, Freight Orders, Carrier Selection/Tendering, Charge Calculation, Settlement) and outbound/inbound logistics planning
Strong track record in designing automation and touchless processes and delivering end-to-end shipment tracking

Requirements:

Lead SAP TM implementation and production support for outbound logistics, including design of TM integration with S/4HANA and external systems (CPI, APIs, EDI/IDocs)
Configure and support TM components (FU, FO, Carrier Selection/Tendering, Charge Calculation, Settlement) and design inbound/outbound transportation planning strategies
Manage end-to-end shipment tracking (Track & Trace), handle multi-leg/non-direct shipments, and ensure accurate data flow between TM, SD, and FIS; support freight billing and charge-back scenarios
Drive automation and touchless processes; implement O2C integration with SAP SD (Sales Order processing, Outbound Delivery, Goods Issue, Billing)

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to support a high-volume, global logistics environment.

Lead SAP TM implementation and support for Outbound Logistics
Design TM integration with S/4HANA and external systems (CPI, APIs, EDI/IDOCs)
Manage end-to-end shipment tracking (Track & Trace)
Build solutions for multi-leg / non-direct shipments
Handle freight settlement in complex transportation scenarios
Drive automation and touchless processes

Configure and support SAP Transportation Management components, including:

Freight Units (FU)
Freight Orders (FO)
Freight Booking
Carrier Selection & Tendering
Charge Calculation & Settlement
Design transportation planning strategies for outbound and inbound logistics

Configure transportation relevance for deliveries and sales documents

O2C Integration (SAP SD)
Integrate SAP TM with end‑to‑end O2C processes, including:
Sales Order processing
Outbound Delivery creation
Goods Issue (GI)
Billing and invoicing
Ensure accurate flow of logistics and billing data between TM, SD, and FI
Support customer freight billing and charge‑back scenarios
