Job description

One of Pine's leading provider of enterprise software solutions (ERP, QMS, and CRM) and consulting services supports manufacturing organizations across North America and Europe is looking for a Director of NetSuite Practice.

The Director of NetSuite Practice leads strategy, growth, and delivery quality for NetSuite implementation services, with emphasis on Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries (experience in Life Sciences preferred).

This role holds full P&L responsibility, mentors consulting teams, and acts as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients.

This position supervises members of the NetSuite consulting team and is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, work assignment, and resolving employee concerns in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Practice Leadership

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue and market share for the NetSuite practice.

  • Maintain full P&L responsibility including investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Drive growth through specialized service offerings related to manufacturing operations.

  • Define and standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and accelerators.

  • Sales & Client Engagement

    • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for strategic sales opportunities.

    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive new business.

    • Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and present pricing proposals.

    • Expand relationships with existing clients through optimization services and add-on offerings.

    • Delivery Oversight

      • Oversee complex, full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations across multiple industries.

      • Design integrated architectures utilizing NetSuite.

      • Ensure quality assurance for key manufacturing configurations (e.g., multi-level BOMs).

      • Act as the final escalation point for client satisfaction and technical delivery issues.

      • Review deliverables to ensure consistent quality and client referenceability.

      • Team Leadership

        • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of functional consultants.

        • Establish certification paths and performance standards.

        • Foster professional development and high-performing teams.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of ERP/CRM experience

  • 5+ years focused on NetSuite OneWorld

  • Proven leadership in professional services or consulting organizations (typically 7+ years)

  • Strong understanding of core business processes:

    • Order-to-Cash

    • Procure-to-Pay

    • Record-to-Report

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field

    • NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator, Multi-Book)

    • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities

    • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results

    • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or software validation

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA or CPA)
