Outbound Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly proactive and execution-focused Outbound Marketing Specialist to build and execute scalable B2B lead generation systems targeting high-ticket prospects.

This role is centered around outbound prospecting, LinkedIn engagement, cold outreach, and pipeline generation. You will own the outbound process end-to-end — from prospect research and list building to campaign execution, messaging optimization, and qualified conversation generation.

The ideal candidate understands B2B buyer psychology, enjoys building outbound systems from scratch, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

Outbound Strategy & Campaign Development

• Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
• Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems
• Design outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified conversations and meetings
• Continuously test and optimize targeting, messaging, and outreach frameworks
• Improve outbound efficiency through experimentation and process refinement

Prospect Research & List Building

• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
• Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segment prospects by industry, company size, geography, and role
• Research companies, decision-makers, and buying triggers to improve outreach relevance
• Maintain clean, organized prospect databases and outreach tracking systems

Outreach Campaign Execution

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
• Build and manage personalized outreach sequences designed to generate meaningful sales conversations
• Monitor campaign deliverability, response rates, and engagement performance
• Continuously improve outreach messaging based on performance data and prospect feedback

LinkedIn Marketing & Engagement

• Create LinkedIn content designed to attract and engage target B2B audiences
• Support founder and company positioning through thought leadership content and engagement
• Engage directly with prospects and relevant communities to strengthen brand visibility and trust
• Assist in growing LinkedIn engagement and inbound opportunities through strategic content distribution

Copywriting & Lead Magnet Development

• Write compelling outreach copy for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and outbound campaigns
• Develop lead magnets and value-driven outbound assets that improve engagement and conversion rates
• Optimize messaging for personalization, clarity, and conversion performance
• Test messaging angles, CTAs, and positioning strategies regularly

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track outreach metrics including response rates, meetings booked, positive reply rates, and pipeline contribution
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Improve outbound workflows using data-driven insights and testing frameworks
• Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reporting documentation
