About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly execution-focused and AI-first Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution, content production, and scalable marketing infrastructure.

This role combines hands-on growth marketing, organic content strategy, SEO execution, and AI-powered workflow optimization. The ideal candidate understands how to use modern AI tools to accelerate content creation, improve research quality, streamline marketing operations, and drive measurable business growth.

You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to build scalable organic growth systems, improve marketing efficiency, and execute campaigns that generate visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Strategy & Content Execution

• Plan and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Create and manage high-quality marketing content including blogs, PR content, marketing assets, and social media posts
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content using Canva and related tools
• Manage scheduling and publishing workflows using platforms such as Buffer or Hootsuite
• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize content performance

AI-Driven Marketing Execution

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and similar platforms to accelerate marketing workflows
• Use AI for:
• Content ideation and drafting
• Marketing research and competitor analysis
• Workflow automation and operational efficiency
• Campaign optimization and performance analysis
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI marketing tools and technologies
• Improve speed, scalability, and quality of marketing execution through AI integration

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO and organic search growth strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content opportunity mapping
• Manage backlink acquisition initiatives to improve domain authority and search visibility
• Use tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve website SEO structure and visibility

Website & Content Infrastructure

• Coordinate website development initiatives utilizing ASTRO and headless WordPress
• Ensure websites support marketing campaigns, landing pages, SEO, and scalable content publishing
• Maintain and improve website content infrastructure and publishing workflows
• Collaborate with developers to support site performance, updates, and optimization initiatives

Marketing Operations & Reporting

• Support marketing initiatives across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations
• Track campaign performance and marketing analytics using HubSpot and Google Analytics
• Build and improve quarterly marketing reports and shareholder reporting processes
• Coordinate execution across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack, Asana, and related tools
• Ensure campaigns are properly tracked, measured, and optimized for performance

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Experience
