Requirements:

  • Hands-on Media Buying: build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end (Meta first; expand as needed) with ownership of targeting, pacing, testing structure, and optimization decisions
  • Creative Strategy + Briefing: research audience motivations and objections, develop conversion-focused angles and test plans, and write or heavily guide direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy; turn learnings into crisp briefs for creators/designers
  • Performance Narrative + Client Communication: read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and translate into actionable insights; present findings and recommendations on client calls with confidence
  • Performance storytelling and client updates: translate performance data into clear narratives, explain what happened and why, and outline next steps for clients

This is not a โ€œmake briefs and wait for the media buyerโ€ role.

Weโ€™re looking for a Growth Creative Strategist who can media buy - someone who can connect the dots between performance data โ†’ human psychology โ†’ creative direction and move fast. Youโ€™ll own the loop: build campaigns, read the signal, and turn learnings into briefs that make creative better every cycle.

This is a GM-style growth seat: strategy, execution, and the story of whatโ€™s working (and why).

B2B experience is especially important for this hireโ€”we care about pipeline impact and lead quality, not just cheap clicks.

What youโ€™ll do

Hands-on Media Buying

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end (Meta first; expand as needed)

  • Own targeting, pacing, testing structure, and optimization decisions

  • Diagnose performance with speed and clarity (what changed, why it changed, what to do next)

Creative Strategy + Briefing

  • Research audience motivations, objections, and โ€œwhat makes them say yesโ€ (reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, customer language, etc.)

  • Develop conversion-focused angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and test plans

  • Write (or heavily guide) direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy across formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial)

  • Turn learnings into crisp, high-leverage creative briefs creators/designers/editors can execute quickly

Performance Narrative + Client Communication

  • Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and translate them into actionable insights

  • Communicate performance without jargon: โ€œwhat happened, what it means, what weโ€™re doing nextโ€

  • Present insights and recommendations on client calls with confidence

What you bring

  • Proven hands-on media buying experience (youโ€™ve owned executionโ€”not just reviewed dashboards)

  • A portfolio of performance work you can explain clearly (results + reasoning)

  • Strong direct-response copy instincts: hooks, benefits, CTAs, positioning

  • Strong understanding of testing logic and creative performance signals

  • B2B experience (lead quality, pipeline impact, longer sales cycles, different persuasion dynamics)

  • Clear, professional English communication (written + spoken)

  • Comfort working async/remotely with high ownership

Bonus points

  • Experience across multiple channels (Meta + Google + LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Newsletter / creator economy exposure

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager + Ad Library for research
