As an Insurance Customer Service Representative I (CSR I), you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing Five Diamond Service to our valued clients. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in Personal Lines insurance while supporting customers with their policy needs. 

 

Training ScheduleLicensing and Product Training will be fully remote for 15 weeks: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Work Schedule: Fully remote Monday - Thursday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, and a 4 hour shift between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on alternating Saturdays

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Complete comprehensive training in Personal Lines insurance

  • Provide day-to-day servicing of personal lines policies, including answering questions related to coverages, discounts, registrations, and claims 

  • Process policy transactions using various carrier systems

  • Apply discounts received via email or mail, ensuring proper documentation and effective dates

  • Research and resolve premium discrepancies, contacting insureds to explain differences

  • Communicate with insurance companies, underwriters, banks, and car dealers to facilitate document processing 

  • Build and manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, and recommend additional products or services
