Job description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach with a strong background in coaching mature Agile teams within enterprise environments. This is a hands-on coaching role, not a Project Manager or delivery-focused position. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Agile principles and frameworks, with a proven ability to advance the maturity of well-established Agile teams. You will play a key role in enhancing team effectiveness, strengthening Agile mindsets, and aligning delivery practices with organizational strategy.

Track record of long-term Agile coaching engagements (2+ years preferred).
Experience guiding teams through continuous improvement cycles and behavioral change.
