Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks in real-world delivery settings.
Experience guiding teams through continuous improvement and behavioral change across multiple teams and business units in complex organizations (2+ years preferred for long-term engagements).

This is a hands-on coaching role, not a Project Manager or delivery-focused position.
