Job Description:
Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 0.5 FTE engagement from June 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, to lead the upgrade of 3mensio cardiac imaging software from version 10.2 to 10.7. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience managing business system implementations and 5 years of recent healthcare IT experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure migration from single-user laptops to enterprise-hosted servers, coordinating stakeholders across clinical and technical teams, and ensuring multi-user, cross-site access between Royal Columbian and Surrey Memorial Hospitals. Candidates must reside in the BC Lower Mainland for in-person attendance at the Surrey Central City Mall office and should ideally hold a PMP certification. Submissions, including a resume and cover letter, are due by May 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM, and U.S. Suppliers are strictly excluded from eligibility.
Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience managing business system implementation projects.
Healthcare Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience in Healthcare with a specific focus on IT systems and operational support.
Seniority Qualification: Must meet Senior level criteria, such as a Degree with 4 years of experience or a minimum of 8 years of directly related experience.
Technical Knowledge: Experience overseeing infrastructure upgrades, server deployment, and system integration.
Communication Skills: Strong English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare meeting materials and take minutes.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Location & Travel: Must reside locally in the BC Lower Mainland for in-person attendance and have access to a vehicle for onsite activities.
Preferred Assets: Previous experience with Cardiology services, PMP certification, and knowledge of Health Authority administrative processes are considered assets.
Eligibility: Must not be a U.S. Supplier and must be on the Pre-Qualified Consultant List.
