Roles & Responsibilities

Degree in (Business) Informatics or a degree in Computer Science / Software Development or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, with practical experience advising and implementing two or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM)
Strong technical skills in JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP and XML
Familiarity with ITIL terminology, Agile practices, and the ServiceNow Development Methodology; CSA certification completed and at least one CIS certification; fluent in German with good English

Requirements:

Develop and implement innovative digitalization solutions on the ServiceNow platform, taking responsibility for the full development lifecycle from requirements clarification through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Develop client- and server-side JavaScript and Service Portals, and implement interface and integration requirements
Actively help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations

Du bist ServiceNow-Expert_in mit Leidenschaft und suchst nach einer neuen Herausforderung, bei der du dein Wissen in spannenden Projekten einsetzen kannst? Dann bist du bei Netlution genau richtig!

Zusammen mit deinen Team-Kollegen und Kolleginnen entwickelst und implementierst du innovative Digitalisierungslösungen für unsere Kunden auf Basis der ServiceNow Plattform
Dabei bist du in deinen Projekten für den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus verantwortlich, beginnend bei der Anforderungsklärung, über Development, Tests, Deployment bis hin zur Maintenance
Du arbeitest bei der Entwicklung von Client- und Server-Side JavaScripts sowie Service Portalen mit und setzt Schnittstellen- und Integrationsanforderungen um
Du hilfst aktiv dabei mit, Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung und Automatisierung zu identifizieren

Erfahrungen

Du verfügst über ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik/Anwendungsentwicklung oder Vergleichbares
Du bringst mind. 1 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konfiguration und dem Customizing der ServiceNow Plattform sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung und Implementierung von zwei oder mehr ServiceNow Produkten (z.B. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM) mit
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, REST, Angular, Web Services, SOAP und XML
Die ITIL-Terminologie, eine agile Arbeitsweise und die ServiceNow Development Methodology sind keine Fremdwörter für Dich
Du hast bereits die CSA und mind. eine CIS-Zertifizierung abgeschlossen
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
