Sales Manager - Czech Republic (d/f/m)

Your mission

• Drive localized market development and sales growth for PV modules in the Czech Republic, with a focus on project business (C&I and utility-scale projects) 
• Develop new project customers including EPCs, developers, investors, and utilities, while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing assigned customers 
• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signature, delivery coordination, and payment collection 
• Lead customer enquiries through to commercial closure and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into firm orders 
• Draft and execute sales plans aligned with regional targets, project pipelines, and market strategy 
• Negotiate pricing, volumes, and contractual terms in line with company policies and risk management requirements 
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance, compliance, and headquarters) to ensure successful project execution and delivery 
• Manage customer portfolios including sales forecast collection, order pipeline tracking, and risk control related to delivery schedules and payment security 
• Collect and analyse market, policy, and competitor information to support strategic planning and market positioning 
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, negotiations, and customer activities to the Country Sales Manager 
• Support brand promotion through trade fairs, conferences, technical seminars, and customer events 
• Maintain strong communication and alignment with headquarters functional teams to support operational and commercial objectives 
• Protect corporate interests and strengthen the company’s market reputation in the Czech project market 

• Revenue and margin growth from project business 
• Sales pipeline development and forecast accuracy 
• Number and volume of successfully secured PV projects 
• Timely contract execution and payment collection 
• Customer acquisition and retention in project segment 
• Market share growth within assigned project segments

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PV module sales or project development within the solar industry 
• Experience working with EPCs, developers, or project stakeholders in C&I or utility-scale solar projects is strongly preferred 
• Technical knowledge of solar PV systems and project structures is an advantage 
• Fluent in Czech and English (professional working proficiency, C1 level) 

• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills with proven deal-closing capability 
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven working style, particularly within project-based sales environments 
• Structured and results-oriented execution approach with strong ownership of sales outcomes 
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams 
• Ability to manage complex project sales cycles and multiple stakeholders simultaneously 
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude 
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies 
• Strong alignment and communication skills when working with regional and headquarters teams
