Talent Hackers is the first nodal distributed network platform for the search and recruitment of technology and digital professionals based on paid referrals. Through the dynamic distribution of offers, performed by our algorithm, these reach key profiles, activating passive talent, the one that is not actively looking for a job. Nodal technology is based on the data available on the Internet, creating networks of "nodes" over which the offers are distributed. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Python and React expertise to build and scale responsive front-end features, backend systems, and secure APIs in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions while ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and system reliability.

Core Tasks:

Develop and optimize responsive and dynamic front-end features
Collaborate to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services
Assist with the creation of secure and scalable user authentication and login systems
Collaborate with design and marketing to align technical solutions with business goals
Design, develop, and maintain scalable /efficient backend systems
Build and maintain APIs to support front-end functionality
Manage and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality and uptime
