Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with utilities, institutional customers, EPCs, and investors to expand the company’s sales presence across Europe.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the European sales strategy, supporting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead negotiations of framework agreements and supply contracts, promoting the full portfolio of Modules, Structures, and BESS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from forecasting and order management to delivery coordination and payment collection.
  • Act as the primary customer interface for order, shipment, logistic, and contractual matters, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, pipeline visibility, and reporting in Salesforce, providing regular forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and remain up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years previous experience within a similar role in an international
  • company.
  • Experience with investorsutilities, and EPCs in the solar sector is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with document review/contract review tools in Microsoft Word and Microsoft TEAMS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive self-starter and problem solver.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Target driven.
  • Born to travel and meet clients face-to-face.
  • Person to be based in North Germany or Denmark
  • Fluent English, any further European language skills is a plus
