Job Description

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
Proven experience in business process analysis, process mapping, and documentation, with strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Working knowledge of Jira (or similar tools) for managing requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions across cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support business insights, reporting, and informed decision‑making.
