About the Role

We’re hiring a creative, execution-focused Social Media Manager to own strategy, content execution, engagement, and performance across multiple social platforms.

This role combines content strategy, storytelling, community management, and analytics to help brands grow visibility, engagement, and measurable business results.

You will be responsible for planning and publishing content, managing online communities, analyzing performance, and continuously improving social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

The ideal candidate understands platform-specific content, trends, audience psychology, and how to turn engagement into brand growth and business impact.

This is not a “post and forget” role — we’re looking for someone who thinks strategically, executes consistently, and actively optimizes performance.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Create and manage structured content calendars across all social platforms
• Define KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, traffic, and conversions
• Identify platform-specific opportunities, trends, and content angles

Content Creation & Publishing

• Create, write, edit, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop multimedia assets
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and messaging standards
• Schedule and manage content using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot

Community Management & Engagement

• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community interactions daily
• Respond to followers, inquiries, and customer messages professionally and promptly
• Build audience engagement through proactive interaction and community conversations
• Escalate customer concerns or reputation issues when necessary

Campaign Execution & Growth

• Support and execute paid and organic social campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and paid media teams to improve campaign performance
• Assist with influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives
• Test new formats, hooks, messaging styles, and creative approaches

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track and analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Identify high-performing content and optimize future strategy accordingly
• Conduct A/B testing and improve performance through continuous iteration

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, PR, customer support, and leadership teams
• Share audience insights and social feedback to improve campaigns and positioning
• Support broader brand awareness and demand generation initiatives

Required Experience & Skills

• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or HubSpot
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• Experience creating or coordinating visual and video content
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of engagement metrics and social media KPIs

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, agencies, or professional services brands
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
• Experience supporting paid social campaigns
• Understanding of conversion-focused social media strategies
• Experience handling community management and online reputation management

A Social Media Manager’s day revolves around planning, publishing, engaging, and optimizing. You will:
• Review notifications, mentions, comments, and DMs
• Create and schedule content across multiple social platforms
