We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads Specialist) to take full ownership of Facebook and Instagram advertising across multiple client and internal accounts.

This is not just a campaign setup role. You will own the full performance cycle — from creative strategy and ad messaging to optimization, scaling, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate understands that winning Meta campaigns come from the combination of strong creative, strong offers, and strong data analysis.

If you’ve managed serious ad spend, scaled campaigns profitably, and know how to continuously improve performance through testing and iteration, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from ideation through execution and optimization
• Manage multiple client and internal ad accounts simultaneously with strong performance accountability
• Handle monthly ad spend budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+
• Develop high-converting ad angles, hooks, messaging, and campaign concepts
• Write compelling ad copy designed to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content teams
• Lead creative strategy across:
• Static image ads
• UGC-style video ads
• Video scripting and hooks
• AI-assisted creative production workflows
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Analyze campaign performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions
• Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, frequency, and conversion rates
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader business and revenue goals
• Stay current on Meta platform changes, creative trends, and advertising best practices
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy — responsible for outcomes, not just execution

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook & Instagram ads at a high level
• Proven experience managing at least $10,000/month in ad spend (higher budgets strongly preferred)
• Experience managing multiple accounts (5+) simultaneously
• Strong understanding of:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Facebook Business Suite
• Pixel setup and conversion tracking
• Attribution and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical ability and confidence making data-driven optimization decisions
• Strong ad copywriting and messaging skills
• Ability to identify winning creatives and scale them effectively
• Strong understanding of direct response and performance marketing principles
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection

• Experience managing $100K–$250K+ monthly budgets
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy (creative → offer → conversion)
• Hands-on experience with UGC workflows and video ad production
• Ability to brief creators and editors with clear performance-driven direction
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, creative automation tools, AI-assisted workflows)
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Close CRM, or similar platforms
• Experience working inside fast-growing agencies or high-performance marketing teams

What a Typical Day Looks Like

A Senior Media Buyer’s day revolves around campaign performance, creative testing, and optimization. You will:
• Review Meta campaign performance dashboards and key KPIs
• Analyze winning and underperforming creatives
• Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Write ad copy and creative testing angles
• Build creative briefs for video editors and designers
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion performance
• Coordinate with internal teams on offers, funnels, and campaign direction
• Test new audiences, creatives, hooks, and messaging concepts
• Scale profitable campaigns and troubleshoot underperforming ones
