Job description

Job Opening: Talent Sourcer

Location: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
