The Role

Step is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. Hiring amazing talent is one of the most important areas for the entire company and this is a unique opportunity to join our recruiting team at an early stage. What you’ll do

Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design
Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent
Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets
Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting
Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process
