Job description

Job Opening: QA Supervisor

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)

The QA Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance team in ensuring that all products and services meet high-quality standards before delivery. This role involves managing QA processes, developing testing strategies, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
