Around 2 years of related work experience in technology or consulting environments; financial services sector experience is a bonus.
Strong technical background across the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application code; experience in development, testing, and component design.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath or similar); knowledge of .NET or Java is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin; able to work independently and in global teams with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
