JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Traduzir necessidades de negócio em fluxos conversacionais e prompts eficazes
Projetar e otimizar prompts (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought)
Criar e manter bibliotecas reutilizáveis de prompts
Aplicar técnicas de RAG e grounding para maior confiabilidade
Monitorar métricas (acurácia, fallback, alucinação, CSAT) e promover melhorias
Definir padrões de linguagem, tom de voz e consistência dos agentes
Mitigar vieses e alucinações com boas práticas de IA
Garantir conformidade com LGPD e requisitos regulatórios
Colaborar com times de Produto, Engenharia e Dados na evolução dos agentes

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência com IA/GenAI e uso de LLMs (GPT ou similares)
Experiência com Prompt Engineering
Conhecimento em RAG e arquiteturas de agentes
Capacidade de traduzir regras de negócio em fluxos conversacionais
Visão analítica orientada a métricas e melhoria contínua
