HR Professional with German 

 

Manages centralized HR services, including employee transactions, ensuring operational efficiency. Develops standards and procedures for HR inquiries and program management, in collaboration with HR technology and program specialists. Administers HR and rewards programs, covering employment lifecycle, compliance, personnel records, and statistical reporting.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation. HR activities to be covered: Reporting,  Data maintenance, Onboarding, Contract preparation.
    • Handle requisition management tasks, including updates, approvals, and finalization of job postings.
    • Creation of employment documents as well as data maintenance in the system
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey
    • Supervise the offer management process, ensuring accuracy in preparation, obtaining necessary approvals, and delivering offers promptly to candidates.
    • Review and process travel reimbursement claims for candidates in accordance with company policies.
    • Assess employee referral bonuses for compliance with eligibility criteria and program guidelines.
    • Monitor process exceptions
    • Support and follow up on issues within workflow systems
    • Cooperation with internal partners (German market – includes business partners, managers, works council)
    • Perform controls (process, ICS)
    • Contribute to process improvements 

 

 

 

Who You Are:
