Your main tasks

  • Develop and execute the regional product portfolio strategy (Industrial Cable Assemblies)
  • Expand the portfolio by leveraging products from other Business Units
  • Work closely with Sales on growth and customer plans
  • Identify gaps in the product offering and drive improvement actions
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Define go‑to‑market strategies and pricing guidelines
  • Manage sales forecasting, margin performance, and day‑to‑day coordination across Business Units

Your ideal background:

  • Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or equivalent
  • Experience in product or portfolio management with responsibility for business results
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build long‑term relationships
  • Ability to work and influence in a matrix organization
  • Self‑driven, well‑organized, and results‑oriented
  • Strong mix of technical understanding and commercial mindset
  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration, people leadership experience is a plus
