Safety Services Company is looking for a performance driven Sales Manager in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven successful track record of growing sales teams to the next level. This Manager will be result-driven, enthusiastic, resourceful, strategic and above all Motivational.
Responsibilities:
Support the development of strategic planning to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base to include Net New SMB and Mid-Market sales streams
Assist in managing the departmental budget and monitor sales activities and performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan and to accurately report variances/projections
Manage core operational processes such as territory assignment, lead routing, pipeline management, contract management, and accelerating demand gen funnel in conjunction with marketing
Administer core operational processes such as territory assignment, lead routing, pipeline management, contract management, and accelerating demand gen funnel in conjunction with marketing
Develop, coach, and motivate sales managers, and sales representatives assessing company and team performances while driving the rest of the team into expected results
Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
Develop, implement, and collaborate on NPS program
Manage all campaign and data management to ensure company revenue growth
Collaborate with department heads to ensure success of sales team and revenue targets are achieved
Develop a Career Path program for current employees wishing to grow within the organization and/or assist with continuation of business model for second chance employment
Other duties as assigned by upper management
