Requirements:

  • Source contractor network vendors using diverse search methods to build a robust vendor pipeline and enroll qualified contractors into the Accuserve network.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview, selection, offer, and onboarding process for contract vendors in line with Accuserve policies.
  • Conduct daily outbound sign-up campaigns by phone, educate contractors on the Accuserve model, and engage candidates through calls, video, and site visits as needed.
  • Maintain vendor databases, manage large sales territories, stay updated on vendor trends, and contribute to marketing templates for signup campaigns.

Job Summary


Living the Accuserve values: Communicating and Connecting, Doing the Right Thing, Compassionately Serve, Courageously making an Impact and Staying Curious, the Vendor Recruiter is responsible for meet vendor and contractor network goals by filling territories with the appropriate vendors/contractors that meet the carrier and Accuserve guidelines. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening contractors and vendors, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating onboarding process and verification process, all while ensuring contractors and vendors have a great experience.


General responsibilities:

  • Source contractor network vendors using a variety of search methods to build a robust vendor network pipeline
  • Take ownership of contract network vendor experience
  • Stay abreast of contract network vendor trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, selection and onboarding is done in accordance with Accuserve Solutions policies and procedures
  • Manage large sales territories
  • Research and identify strong contractor network vendors for the Accuserve vendor network utilizing email and phone work to enroll qualified contractor candidates into Accuserve’s network.
  • Conduct daily outbound telephone-based network sign-up campaigns.
  • Use strong negotiating and leadership abilities to help drive the Accuserve business model on a daily basis.
  • Effectively communicate and educate contractor candidates on the Accuserve model and its benefits over the phone, via video calls and in person at site visits and trade shows.
  • Collaborate on updating marketing templates periodically for distribution to assist in signup goals and educational campaigns.
  • Maintain vendor databases
  • Demonstrated consistent and successful sales campaigns over a sustained period.
  • Conduct program training and onboarding for contractor vendors as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience requried, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in a prior sales role required
  • Previous experience in either a sales or vendor management role required
  • Prior experience managing a large sales territory preferred
  • Previous experience in either a sales or vendor management role requiring outbound or external sales activities and negotiation required 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to utilize technology devices, software and application, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer skills required
  • Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 10 meg download and 1 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely

Salary Description
$50,000 - 60,000, DOE
