POSITION SUMMARY 

As a Sales Manager, Distribution, you will oversee small box distribution processes from product pricing to fulfillment to customers and work with Sales and Marketing to provide the perfect customer experience. 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

Knowledge: 

Medical Device Product knowledge. Preferred 

Skills & Abilities: 

MS Office, Excel, Power Point, SalesForce and PowerBI. 

Level of Experience:  

4+ year sales internal or external sales support experience 

Medical Device Sales Experience preferred. 

Government Distribution Experience preferred.

Level of Education: 

Bachelors degree desirable but not essential. 

Travel: 25% 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job. 

  • Oversee small box distribution process from product pricing to fulfillment to customers.
  • Develop and implement distribution procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Manage and coordinate operations, including inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor supply chain and inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and accurate pricing communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and customer service, to ensure effective operations. Problem solve.
  • Review and analyze production and customer demand data to forecast future distribution needs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SKU rationalization.
