  • Define and manage pricing, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies, establishing business cases, growth targets, and phase-out plans for mature products.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Product Manager at AirLife, you will own and direct the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing and product activities within your assigned portfolio. You will compile and conduct research on global product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality based on customer feedback and opportunities to optimize cost and fulfillment. 

You will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from concept through commercialization by driving product positioning, pricing, forecasting, promotional planning, and future development initiatives. Partnering closely with engineering, design, supply chain, and key customers, you will translate clinical and business needs into actionable product specifications and lead successful product introductions and updates.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Marketing/product management experience essential (added with medical device sales is a plus).
  • Excellent Public speaking and presentation skills are essential.
  • Computerproficiencyin all Microsoft office applications.

Level of Experience: 

  • 3-5 years sales and/or Product Management experience in consumable medical devices.
  • Respiratory experienceis a majorplus.

Level of Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldrequired. 

Travel:  

  • 30%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads market analysis and strategy development to define the long-term vision and roadmap for assigned product lines, based on clinical insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, operations, regulatory, and marketing to develop product definitions and specifications that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Owns competitive and market analysis, developing positioning strategies and recommendations to strengthenAirLife’smarket leadership.
  • Builds andmaintainsstrategic relationships with key customers, clinicians, and distribution partners toidentifyopportunities for product innovation and partnership.
  • Provides subject matterexpertiseacross the organization, leading technical and commercial training to enable sales, marketing, and clinical support teams.
  • Defines and manages pricing, forecasting, and go-to-market strategies,establishingbusiness cases, growth targets, and phase-out plans for mature products.
  • Overseesall stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer requirements, clinical needs, and regulatory standards are met from concept through commercialization.
  • Plans and executes promotional activities, including product launches, press outreach, trade shows, and customer education programs to drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Drivestrategy, profitability, and innovation forAirLife’sproduct portfolio, while mentoring others and shaping cross-functional priorities.
