This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to guide teams in building scalable, high-performance solutions. The professional will act as a reference for best practices, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle, while effectively engaging with stakeholders and fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of Java/JEE-based applications in complex environments • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams • Define and enforce best practices for coding, architecture, and performance optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business impact • Ensure system reliability through observability, monitoring, and performance tuning • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and team practices Required Qualifications • Extensive experience in Java/JEE • Strong proficiency in Linux environments and shell scripting • Advanced expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, and complex SQL scripting • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot • Experience with IDEs such as JBoss Developer Studio and IntelliJ • Strong experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus • Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes Soft Skills • Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities • Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented • Analytical thinking and problem-solving in high-complexity environments • Proactive mindset with ownership and accountability • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and distributed teams • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic and evolving environments • Strong organizational and prioritization skills Nice to Have • Experience with Go programming language Further information will be given along the technical interview.
