Enable AI Copilot capabilities by designing Copilot-driven experiences, building Copilot Studio agents, integrating Copilot with enterprise data sources, identifying opportunities to embed AI into workflows, and ensuring responsible AI practices
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; contribute to architecture decisions; enforce security, performance, and maintainability; participate in code reviews and engineering standardization

What You’ll Do
We are seeking experienced Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developers to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across Microsoft’s business applications stack. This role includes working with modern AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance user experience, automation, and productivity. You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle—from solution design through to build, deployment, and optimisation—on government and enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development
Design and develop solutions using:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)
Dataverse
Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
Extend Dynamics 365 using plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Build intelligent applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder
Develop integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services
AI & Copilot Enablement
Design and implement Copilot-driven experiences within Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Build and configure Copilot Studio agents (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
Integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, external APIs)
Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows (automation, summarisation, recommendations)
Ensure responsible AI practices, including data security and governance
Technical Delivery
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Contribute to architecture and design decisions, including AI-enabled patterns
Ensure adherence to best practices across security, performance, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards
Integration & Data
Design and implement integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms
Work with Dataverse data models, security roles, and governance frameworks
Support data migration, transformation, and AI data readiness
Collaboration
Work with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders
Participate in agile delivery practices
Provide input into estimations, including AI/Copilot components

Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Mid-Level (3–5+ years)
PL-400 certification (REQUIRED)
Hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Exposure to Copilot, AI Builder, or chatbot/agent technologies
Understanding of Dataverse and data modelling
