Social media and paid ads support: assist with planning and scheduling content; write captions and create simple graphics (Canva); support engagement and campaigns; assist with paid ads (Google/Meta), landing page content, ad copy, campaign coordination; monitor and report performance trends.

About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that drive consistency, structure, and quality across all channels. You will play a key role in ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, supporting business growth while reducing the operational burden on leadership. Working alongside a Marketing Manager and external strategist, your focus will be on execution, coordination, and content delivery within a growing allied health environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:
• Marketing Execution o Execute weekly marketing tasks in line with the marketing plan o Maintain a clear and structured marketing calendar o Ensure campaigns and updates are delivered on time • Draft, format, and send newsletters o Draft, format, and send newsletters o Improve email engagement (open and click rates) o Maintain consistency in communication with families and referrers • Website & Content Management o Upload and update website content (blogs, services, group programs) o Convert therapist-written content into clear, family-friendly copy o Work with the website provider to implement updates where required • Social Media Support o Assist with planning and scheduling content o Write captions and create simple graphics (Canva) o Support engagement where appropriate o Work alongside existing internal support for sensitive content • Paid Ads Support o Support the Marketing Manager with campaigns (Google & Meta) o Assist with landing page content, ad copy drafts, campaign coordination o Monitor and report on performance trends • Reporting & Tracking o Provide simple weekly updates on marketing activity o Track key metrics such as: Enquiries/referrals, Email performance, Campaign activity o Highlight what is working and what needs attention
Qualifications as a Marketing Coordinator:
• 2+ years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or similar role • Strong written English and ability to create clear, engaging content • Experience with email marketing and website content updates • Strong organisation and ability to manage ongoing tasks • Confidence working independently and remotely
Desirable: • Experience in healthcare, allied health, or NDIS-related services • Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing performance • Experience supporting paid ads or marketing campaigns
