Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate investor communications and due diligence; manage outreach tracking, follow-ups, meeting coordination, respond to investor queries, and maintain/update data rooms for pre-deal and post-deal readiness

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Investment & Fundraising Analyst to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of investor research, financial analysis, and fundraising execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to prepare investment materials, manage investor communications, and ensure readiness across pre-deal and post-deal stages. This is a remote role based in India.

Responsibilities

 Investor Research & Mapping

  • Identify and evaluate potential investors (VCs, PEs, and strategic investors) aligned with B2B SaaS and healthcare technology.
  • Build and maintain a structured investor database including investment thesis, ticket size, stage focus, and portfolio companies.
  • Track comparable companies, market activity, and funding trends to inform fundraising strategy.

Investment Collateral & Storytelling

  • Support the creation and refinement of pitch decks, investment decks, and data rooms.
  • Translate business performance data into a clear, compelling investment narrative.
  • Ensure alignment across financials, customer metrics, and growth strategy in all investor materials.

Financial Data & Business Insights

  • Analyze P&L, revenue metrics, and unit economics to support investor discussions.
  • Structure and validate data related to customers, revenue streams, and growth trends.
  • Prepare accurate and investor-ready financial insights and dashboards.

Investor Communication & Coordination

  • Manage investor outreach tracking, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain detailed communication logs and investor updates.
  • Support responses to investor queries and information requests in a timely manner.

Due Diligence & Deal Support

  • Prepare and organize documentation for pre-deal and post-deal due diligence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update data rooms to ensure investor readiness at all times.

MIS, Tracking & Tools

  • Maintain internal MIS reports, fundraising trackers, and fund utilization reports.
  • Use tools such as PitchBook (or similar) to support research and analysis.
  • Consolidate and present investor-related data in structured, decision-ready formats.

Requirements

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is strongly preferred; healthcare/healthtech exposure is a plus.
