Gutor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner function in Dubai. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR operations, policy and process documentation, and HR systems, including Workday. The role requires physical presence in the Dubai office from Monday to Friday in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HRBP.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and process documents.
  • Support Workday HR business processes, including data maintenance, system updates, and process coordination.
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities, including documentation and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
  • Support ongoing HR projects and initiatives, including compliance and process improvement.
  • Respond to basic employee HR-related queries under guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor

Eligibility & Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
  • Must be available to work from the office, Monday to Friday (no remote or hybrid option)
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Additional Information

  • This is an office-based internship as per Gutor policy.
  • Candidates not based in Dubai or seeking work-from-home options will not be considered.
