🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
💬 Client Engagement & Support
- Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to understand their preferences and provide personalized travel recommendations.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries (within 10–20 minutes during your shift).
- Handle special requests and ensure smooth communication between clients and hotels/vendors.
🔍 Research & Booking
- Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and attractions using AI tools and reliable online sources.
- Verify every detail—location, timing, currency, and amenities—before confirming bookings.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel logistics across multiple booking platforms.
🗺️ Content & Curation
- Write and curate destination guides and travel recommendations that blend inspiration with practical insight.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to highlight exceptional hotels and destinations for social content.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of travel trends, new openings, and local gems.
