Role Overview

Position:

Pvotal is seeking a driven Sales Associate to support the growth of our Infrastream platform. In this role, you’ll take the lead on outbound outreach including cold calling, prospecting, and follow-up communications, to generate interest, drive qualified leads and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable learning and speaking about technical concepts
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

General Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Build and maintain a database of prospects, tracking engagement and next steps
  • Communicate the value of Infrastream clearly and confidently to technical and business audiences
  • Stay current on product updates, features, and use cases
  • Collaborate with the Business and Marketing teams to refine outreach processes and materials

Soft Skills:

  • Effectively communicate in a remote work environment
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of individuals
