Roles & Responsibilities

Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) in the financial sector
Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, including mapping processes, business flows, and customer journeys
Knowledge of Push Provisioning and Tokenization, with experience or familiarity integrating with digital wallets (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, Samsung Wallet) and with processing platforms such as Pismo
Strong ability to create functional and technical documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams) and excellent communication/negotiation with clients; experience with VDE SDK is a plus

Requirements:

Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and alignment for the digital solutions implementation project
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Push Provisioning, Tokenization, and integration with digital wallets
Map and detail business processes and customer journeys (onboarding, provisioning, authentication, token lifecycle, and card usage in digital wallets)
Support integration requirements with the Pismo platform and develop/maintain supporting documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams)

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Atuar como elo entre negócio, tecnologia e stakeholders, garantindo o entendimento claro dos objetivos do projeto de implementação das soluções digitais.
Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e funcionais relacionados a Push Provisioning, Tokenização e integração com carteiras digitais;
Mapear e detalhar fluxos de negócio e jornadas do cliente, incluindo cadastro, provisionamento, autenticação, ciclo de vida do token e uso do cartão em wallets digitais;
Apoiar a definição de requisitos de integração com a plataforma Pismo, assegurando alinhamento entre regras de negócio, processos operacionais e soluções técnicas;
Elaborar e manter documentação funcional e técnica de apoio, incluindo BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, critérios de aceite e diagramas de processos e fluxos;
Atuar no projeto de implementação das soluções digitais (VDE SDK) para atendimento à Realize, contemplando Push Provisioning e Tokenização integradas às carteiras digitais.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experiência como Business Analyst (BA);
Ter experiencia na área financeira
Conhecimento em levantamento, análise e documentação de requisitos de negócio e funcionais;
Experiência com mapeamento de processos, fluxos de negócio e jornadas do cliente;
Conhecimento em soluções de Push Provisioning e Tokenização;
Experiência ou conhecimento em integração com carteiras digitais Google Wallet, Apple Wallet e Samsung Wallet;
Vivência em projetos de integração com plataformas de processamento, incluindo a plataforma Pismo;
Capacidade de elaborar documentação funcional e técnica, como BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, critérios de aceite e diagramas de processos.
