Workday Learning LMS Administrator (Contract | Part-Time | CST Overlap)

  • Role Type: Contract (20-25 hours/week)

  • Location: Fully Remote, India-based candidates only

  • Working Hours: US Central timezone overlap

  • Duration: 6 months to start, with potential to extend

We’re looking for a part-time LMS Administrator to support ongoing operations within Workday Learning. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys managing learning workflows and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

This role is centered on campaign execution and reporting—not full LMS ownership.

  • Set up and manage learning campaigns in Workday Learning

  • Run and deliver reports, including audit-related requests

  • Support course assignments and learner targeting

  • Assist with migration to Workday Engagement Builder (next ~6 months)

  • Partner with an existing LMS admin (clear division of responsibilities)
