  • Recruitment Affinity: Familiarity with or a strong interest in the recruitment sector, understanding the pain points and needs of clients in this space.

  • Tech-Savviness: You are highly proficient with computers, modern software, and CRM systems. You adapt to new technologies quickly and use them to your advantage.

  • Availability: You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week to dedicate to this role.

  • Language Skills: Flawless, professional English is mandatory. If you also speak Spanish, Dutch, or German, consider it a massive plus!
