What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for a true hunter who understands the art of selling. The ideal candidate possesses:

Sales & BD Expertise: A proven track record in Sales and Business Development. You know how to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Recruitment Affinity: Familiarity with or a strong interest in the recruitment sector, understanding the pain points and needs of clients in this space.
Tech-Savviness: You are highly proficient with computers, modern software, and CRM systems. You adapt to new technologies quickly and use them to your advantage.
Availability: You are available for a minimum of 24 hours per week to dedicate to this role.
Language Skills: Flawless, professional English is mandatory. If you also speak Spanish, Dutch, or German, consider it a massive plus!
